Running Late Club (Pty) Ltd – Shipping Within South Africa

SHIPPING COSTS

RLC uses Pudo / The Courier guy as its shipping agent for South African deliveries. Pargo has set shipping rates at R95.00 for home delivery as well as free delivery for pickup points. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA?

We aim to have your order processed and out the door within three days of receiving your order. Within Cape Town area orders can be as fast as 24 hours from dispatch time. National orders can be as fast as 48 hours from dispatch time. Irrespective of the delivery location, RLC aims to deliver within 7 days.

SHIPPING COSTS OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are unable to ship internationally at the moment. Please email info@runninglateclub.com to organise an international shipment.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once we ship your order, you will receive an email providing you with shipment details including the date of shipment and any tracking details. If you wish to enquire about whether your order has been shipped, please log into your account and go to ‘my orders’. All tracking information will be stored here.


OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION

Door to door deliveries are sent to the supplied address. We will make every reasonable effort to affect delivery in accordance with the estimated delivery dates. If we are unable to deliver any part of the products on time or we are unable to deliver the products for any reason which is not within our control, then the time for delivery shall be extended for a reasonable time after the cause of the delay has ceased. Should we be unable to perform in accordance with an order because the products ordered are unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and exchange for an alternative product or refund any payments within 30 days after date of such notification.

A delivery is considered complete as soon as the parcel is handed to an individual at your specified delivery address. This also applies when the package has been handed over by the courier, as indicated in the courier’s tracking system.

It is your responsibility, as buyer, to ensure that you or the intended receiver of the gift (when applicable) inspect(s) the parcel on arrival and makes known any justifiable complaints. The receiver has the right to refuse the parcel if it appears to have been opened or if it has clearly been damaged.

LOST PARCEL

Should such a situation arise, RLC is compelled to respect the time-frames set by the carriers in regard to declaring the loss and the refunding of the shipment. Hence, you are also bound to the same time-frames: In order for RLC to officially declare a parcel lost, you have ten (10) business days to declare the loss of a parcel starting from the date you have received the shipment confirmation e-mail. Beyond this time period, no claim will be accepted.

FRAUD

In the event of a fraudulent purchase being placed on RLC, cardholders will be advised to initiate a chargeback via their bank in order to be refunded. RLC does not process refunds for orders suspected of fraud. RLC does not provide order details relating to orders suspected of fraud. Any fraudulent attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities.

At Running Late Club (Pty) Ltd, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. To ensure your items reach you in excellent condition, we have partnered with TUNL to offer global express shipping through FedEx and UPS. Additionally, we provide a more economical shipping option for our customers in the USA.


Shipping Services

Express Service (Global – FedEx and UPS)

  • Shipping Time: 4–7 days

  • Tracking: Fully tracked

  • Duties and Taxes: To be paid by the receiver, or included if shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

Economy Service (Available only to the USA)

  • Shipping Time: 10–20 days

  • Maximum Order Value: US$800

  • Tracking: Fully tracked

  • Duties and Taxes: Included

  • Final Mile Carrier: UPS Ground


Choosing a Shipping Service at Checkout

When you purchase from us, you can select your preferred shipping service during checkout. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped according to the selected option.


Important Information

  • Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times are based on average transit durations. Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and other external factors.

  • Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

  • Duties and Taxes: For express shipping, all applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver, unless shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Please consult your local customs office for further details.

  • Returns: We do not offer returns or refunds for international customers outside of South Africa.
