FRIDAY TRAINING - STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN

After a challenging morning session of stairs climbing, we found ourselves soaring up in the clouds. Well done MAESTROS! #7weeks!

Stairs training is an excellent way to improve cardiovascular health, endurance, and lower body strength. It's a tough workout that can burn a significant number of calories while also building muscle mass. Best of all, it can be done anywhere, making it a convenient and cost-effective way to stay fit. Friday, we took on BISKOP GYM. What a time to be alive :)

After pushing ourselves to the limit, we all deserved the pastries and coffee that followed. If you're still keen, we invite you to come along to the next training session. We'd love to see you there!
