We've been training for five weeks now, and even though the 6am start may be dark, the feeling of accomplishment is worth it. As we push ourselves to new heights, we relish in the energy and motivation of those around us. After the workout, we take a refreshing swim and indulge in coffee and treats - the perfect way to recharge for the day ahead. Don't miss out on the next session!
