WE'RE BACK ON TRACK

First introduced in 2021, our Track Nights quickly became a family favourite for those looking to level up their speed, form, and focus. With the Green Point Athletic Stadium closed for maintenance for a while, we had to put these epic sessions on pause.

Time passed... we're BACK, and we’re excited to have returned to the rhythm — blending performance with community in a fun and structured way. We are now hosting Track Morning Sessions, which take place bi-weekly on Fridays. In our opinion, it might just be the best way to kickstart the weekend strong... But you tell us.

Whether you’re pushing for new personal bests or simply looking to shake up your routine, these sessions are designed to help athletes of all levels improve — with tailored workouts, coaching guidance, and that electric track energy.
