HOME OF RUNNING '25 // WEEK 1 - PUMA

It's everyone's favourite time of the year - RLC and TotalSports bring you our HOME OF RUNNING SERIES in the build up to Cape Town Marathon. We kicked things off with PUMA and their brand new NITROs - and let’s just say they really set the tone for the next few weeks. 

From the moment we laced up, it was clear these shoes were built for speed - springy, cushioned, and that wild feeling of wanting to chase down the road ahead. It was an evening full of speed, epic giveaways, customisable caps, and let's not mention the doughnuts (don't worry, we're still thinking about them too). 

Big ups to the PUMA team for bringing the shoes, and the heat, and to our crew for bringing the vibes to start this series strong. If marathon training sometimes feels like you need nine lives, consider this one extremely well spent. And no, the cat hasn’t got our tongue - we’ll be talking about this day for a long time. Unlike the (Nitro) cat, week one is in the bag (get it?) - and we’re already prowling toward the next.
